2. IMPACT CRUSHERS (TSPB series, TSPBH series):
TSPB Series: Used for crushing very hard Rocks
(Primary) Maximum Feed Size up to 1200 mm
Product Size 25 mm in single machine.
TSPBH TYPE: Used for crushing medium hard Rocks
(Secondary) Maximum Feed Size up to 600 mm
Product Size up to 10 mm.
Used for crushing medium and soft Rocks
(Tertiary) Maximum Feed Size up to 150 mm
Product Size up to 5 mm.
3. HAMMER MILLS: Single Rotor (TSPHM Series)
Both Reversible and Non Reversible type
In reversible machine the feed size is restricted (upto 100 mm)
For bigger feed size Non reversible type is used.
Sizes: From 500 mm x 200 mm to 2000 mm x 2500 mm
Capacity: From 3 TPH to 1500 TPH Excluively used in crushing of Coal and Lignite for Power plant applications
4. HAMMER MILLS: Double Rotor (DHM series)
Sizes: From 500 mm x 200 mm to 2000 mm x 2800 mm
Capacity: From 3 TPH to 1500 TPH
APPLICATION:-
• Limestone, dolomite, quick lime, chalk, kaoline, talc, clay, magnesite.
• Coal, lignite, petrol coke, wood waste, washery rejects,
• plastics, waste materials, animal bones, fodder, slags.
FEED SIZE: Up to 150mm and below in case of Reversible machine
Up to 400mm and below in case of Non Reversible machine
PRODUCT SIZE - Up to 3 mm.
