Mr. Ajay Kumar Bishnoi, Chairman & Managing Director

Mr. Ajay Kumar Bishnoi, aged about 52 years, is one of the promoters of Tecpro Systems Limited. He has more than 29 years of experience in the material handling industry. He is an MBA and also holds a Diploma in Material Management. He started his career in the year 1978 as a management trainee in Bharat Forge Company Limited. From 1979 to 2002 he worked with Eagle Flasks Ltd, Usha Breco Limited, Beardsell Engineering (a division of Nava Bharat Ferro Alloys Ltd.) and Fenner (India) Limited in different capacities. He is associated with the Company since June 2002 and is presently designated as Chairman & Managing Director.

Mr. Amul Gabrani, Vice-Chairman & Managing Director
Mr. Amul Gabrani, aged about 49 years, is a promoter of the Company. He has more than 26 years of experience of the manufacturing industry. He holds a degree in Master of Business Administration and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. He started his career with Ingersoll Rand in 1981. He was associated with Voltas Limited from 1984 to 1986 and thereafter he had worked with Fenner (India) Limited upto 1990. Thereafter he incorporated the Company and is presently designated as Vice-Chairman and Managing Director.

Dr. Goldie Gabrani, Whole-time Director
Dr. Goldie Gabrani, aged about 46 years, is associated with the Company since March 16, 2007. She holds a Degree of Doctor of Philosophy, a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering and Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. She has more than 22 years of teaching experience in computer science and information technology. She was earlier working with the Delhi College of Engineering as a professor and Head of the Department of computer engineering and information technology.

Mr. Arvind Kumar Bishnoi, Whole-time Director
Mr. Arvind Kumar Bishnoi, B.E., MBA, aged about 25 years, is associated with the Company since April 1, 2005. He was appointed as a Whole time Director of the Company w.e.f. April 1, 2009.

Mr. Achal Ghai
Mr. Achal Ghai, aged about 46 years, a foreign national, joined the Board of Directors of the Company on November 24, 2005 as a non executive director. He is a Commerce Graduate and holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration. He has rich experience in corporate and investment banking and has worked with international banks across India, Dubai and Canada. He is on the board of several Indian and international companies and advises conglomerates in Canada, UK, Malaysia, Dubai and India.

Mr. Suresh Kumar Goenka
Mr. Suresh Kumar Goenka, aged about 53 years, is a Chartered Accountant by profession and possesses more than 26 years of experience in legal, financial, taxation and other commercial matters in India and abroad. He joined the Board of Directors of the Company on July 26, 2006 as an independent non executive director.

Mr. Brij Bhushan Kathuria
Mr. Brij Bhushan Kathuria, aged about 53 years, joined the Company as an independent non executive director w.e.f. July 26, 2006. He is a Chartered Accountant and has more than 27 years of experience in finance, taxation, auditing, in India and abroad. He has also served in senior management postions in companies based in Africa and Middle East.

Mr. Satvinder Jeet Singh Sodhi
Mr. Sativinder Jeet Singh Sodhi, aged about 56 years is a Management Accountant, Chartered Accountant and also a Law Graduate. He joined the Company as an independent non-executive director on June 20, 2007. He is an ex-Civil Service Officer and in the past has held various senior key positions in Government Departments like the Joint Commissioner of Industries, General Manager - Delhi Finance Corporation and also CEO of various Public Sector Enterprises. He has been associated with SEBI and committees of various ministries and also has worked as the Executive Director of Delhi Stock Exchange. Presently, he is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Dr. B.L. Kapur Memorial Hospital, New Delhi.

Mr. Anunay Kumar
Mr. Anunay Kumar, aged about 63 years, joined the Company on June 20, 2007 as an independent non executive director. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and also holds a Diploma in Management from All India Management Association, New Delhi. He has more than 43 years of work experience in steel industry in India and abroad. In the past he has been associated with Mecon Limited and retired as its Director (Technology) in 2004. Presently, he is associated with JSW Steel Limited as its Director - Business Development.

Mr. Sakti Kumar Banerjee
Mr. S.K. Banerjee, aged about 65 years, joined the Company on November 15, 2007 as an independent non executive director. He is a Civil Engineer and has about 40 years of experience. Presently he is working with PervCom Consulting Private Limited as its Managing Director. In the past he has been associated with NALCO as Chairman cum Managing Director.
